Sometimes referred to as the ‘Granny Annex’! Self contained living accommodation units, often built to ‘Mobile Home’ specification or to the ‘Caravan act’ to comply with minimal or no planning requirements.

Our foundation System is highly favourable to these types of structures in need of a low – impact foundation solution.  Ground Screw foundations are permanent and temporary.
